Order Tracking
When you purchase online, we will send you confirmation to the email address that you provided, informing you that we have received your order.
You will also receive an email confirmation when your item/s have been dispatched with the relevant tracking information.
Notes
1. Royal Mail First Class Delivery - We cannot guarantee next working day delivery. However, if you need the guarantee of a next day delivery, we recommend Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.
2. Parcels that are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery will need to be signed for.
3. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
4. IMPORTANT - in signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
5. If goods are returned to iTALKonline because of a failed delivery for any reason. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
6. Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
