1. Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be incorporated into all Contracts of Sale made by I Talk UK Ltd for the sale of any Goods. Any printed or other terms or conditions used by the Customer are excluded and I Talk UK Ltd shall not be bound by any terms or conditions in the Customer's order. If the Customer's order contains any terms and conditions then these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall take precedence over such terms and conditions in the Customer's order which shall be deemed deleted without notice.
1.2 The employees of I Talk UK Ltd are not authorised to make oral representations as to the description quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the Goods supplied under the Agreement. If a representation is made or an opinion expressed orally which materially affects the Customer's decision to purchase the Goods, the Customer must ensure that any such details are confirmed in writing by a Director of I Talk UK Ltd so as to form part of this Agreement otherwise no liability can be accepted.
1.3 Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature advertisements quotations price lists acceptance of offer invoices delivery note or any other document or information issued by I Talk UK Ltd shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of I Talk UK Ltd.
1.4 Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Customer's acceptance of these Conditions. All postal methods used are guaranteed delivery services.
3. Price
3.1 I Talk UK Ltd's sales literature, price lists, other advertising literature or other material do not constitute an offer unless expressed in a fixed quotation open for a specific period and I Talk UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or revise the same at any time prior to the Agreement.
3.2 All products on the website are including Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other United Kingdom tax or duty payable.
3.3 Goods must be paid for in full. Maintaining security, payments can be made on the website and also with one of I Talk UK Ltd’s customer representatives. Customer may use his or her credit or debit card as payment methods.
3.4 Where goods are not paid for in full, I Talk UK Ltd reserve the right to hold dispatch of the goods until total funds are cleared.
3.5 Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct prices on our website we do reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel their order.
4. Availability and Delivery
4.1 Acceptance and completion of an order is subject always to the goods which have been ordered being available and I Talk UK Ltd shall be under no liability for delay or non-performance caused either by the goods being not available or by any circumstances beyond I Talk UK Ltd’s control.
4.2 I Talk UK Ltd can not give a time of delivery, unless specified. Any date for delivery given by I Talk UK Ltd is the best estimate that can be made and I Talk UK Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential). Contact I Talk UK Ltd for further details.
4.3 I Talk UK Ltd do not deliver any orders outside of the United Kingdom unless by prior mutually agreed arrangements. To protect genuine card holders we do not accept card payments, or COD, for overseas orders under any circumstances. The option for genuine overseas customers wishing to purchase goods is by bank transfer of funds. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0208 922 6281for our bank details.
4.4 We endeavour to dispatch all in stock accessories within 1 working day of the payment for goods have been made. However we may occasionally have excessive orders, in which case allow upto 28 days for delivery.
4.5 Parcels sent to remote parts of the United Kingdom, such as Northern Scotland and parts of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man etc may take longer to deliver.
5. Risk
5.1 Once goods have been delivered to the customer. I Talk UK Ltd are not responsible for any damage or loss to the product(s) after this time.
6. Waiver
No waiver or modification of the Terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon I Talk UK Ltd unless made in writing and signed by a Director of I Talk UK Ltd.
6.1 I Talk UK Ltd will endeavour to inform the customer of any hindrance or delay of the order however I Talk UK Ltd will incur no liability for failure to give such notice.
7. Faulty Goods and Defects
7.1 If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us. 7.2 If the goods are not faulty you have 7 working days from the day the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods at your cost for a refund. A refund will be provided within 10 working days. 7.3 The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. The product should be packed in its original packaging. It is essential that there is no damage to any part of packaging. Care must be taken when packing products for transit. You are advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
7.4 I Talk UK Ltd will repair the goods if they become defective within one year of purchase and the repair will include the supply of labour parts and materials provided the Customer at his cost returns the Goods to I Talk UK Ltd's premises, but where such defects arise and are notified to I Talk UK Ltd more than one year, but less than three years from the date of purchase, may at our own discretion repair the goods at the customers cost. However I Talk UK Ltd reserve the right to refuse.
7.5 Goods which are to be replaced will be dispatched once the original goods have been received.
7.6 I Talk UK Ltd shall have no liability for destruction or damage to the Customer's data howsoever arising including defects in the Goods and for repair or Service undertaken by I Talk UK Ltd.

8. Indemnity
10.1 The Customer agrees to indemnify I Talk UK Ltd against any damages losses costs claims or expenses incurred by I Talk UK Ltd in respect of any claim brought against I Talk UK Ltd by any third party for
10.1.1 Any loss injury or damage wholly or partly caused by the Goods or its use
10.1.2 Any loss injury or damage in any way connected with the performance of this Agreement
9. Intellectual Property
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is compatible and is suited to the Customers intended purpose notwithstanding any information which may have been given to the Customer by I Talk UK Ltd in connection with any software purchased by the Customer for use with the Goods. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the terms of any licence required to operate the software are satisfactory and the purchase and use thereof by the Customer is subject to the terms and conditions (if any) of the software supplier or any party who has any property rights.
10. Product Warranty
10.1 All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or restricted at law. 10.2 Additional insurance and extended warranty are not available as yet.
11. Payment Authorisations
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that I Talk UK Ltd are authorised to charge your credit or debit card for the goods supplied. You also agree that we are authorised to charge your card with any other charges specified within these Terms & Conditions and within our Returns Policy.
In the event that any amounts becomes due to missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) and remain unpaid for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be the customer’s responsibility.
