URGENT PRODUCT RECALL - Tuesday 22 July, 2008
We are sorry to inform that we have to recall all USB Mains Charger (Black & White) effective immediately. All mains chargers purchased from us from 01/12/07 are effected.
We would to confirm that these chargers are 100% CE, LVD & PCB approved and the following safety checks take place prior to all goods being shipped and sold:
- Voltage regulation
- Current detection
- PCB match against CE documents from the manufacturer
We are only aware of this product being recalled vy Trading Standards from all UK suppliers. We are not aware of any problems with our stock nor has any defect been found in the tooling from the manufacturer.
We have suspended all sales of this product and would request that any item that you may have be returned to I TALK UK LTD immediately.
Please return all stock as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to ensure your refunds completed with 7 days of receipt.
Your assistance is appreciated and necessary to avoid any further problems.
